I have had this ottoman now for 2 months and I really glad I made this purchase. For this ottoman makes it easier to create another seat or use as a table to place drinks. The item it built sturdy (unless you kick it). If stains are made, it is easy to clean up by just throwing it into the washer. Just a FYI - you cannot dry this item due to that it will shrink but it air dries very quickly. I usually wash it before going to bed and then let it dry overnight and in the morning, it is completely dry and very easy to put back on. The dimensions in the description are correct and while expensive compared to other ottomans in my experience it is worth it compared to ones sold at Walmart. Those ones lose their firmness and you can feel that the item has been used but this does not happen to this ottoman!Overall we are pleased with the product. Seems to be well made. But there is nothing soft about the top of the hassock. It is very hard. We have to add a pillow when resting our feet. The hassock is also very light. On our tile floors, they slide. Would not be a problem with carpeting.Have purchased two of these from Amazon. very nice quality. Color is like a blue-ish gray with a little bit of subtle yellow threading. Price varies so check often. Make sure you look at close up of pics -- as it is a better representation of the textile. Made in USA.Exactly what I wanted for our newly-finished basement. Comfortable to sit on when playing with the grandchildren and also a perfect ottoman. It's big, substantial and pretty. Would definitely buy again.
