These cookies arrived in perfectly frozen condition and when baked, were delicious! For the past 30+ years, I have been baking Schwans (a.k.a. Yellow) chocolate chip cookies for my students who attend extracurricular activities and after school clubs, and was extremely disappointed when they decided to close all of their operations.
