We found these when we were in England and fell in love. We were so happy to be able to get them to Alaska of all places! They're were a few biscuits that were broken, but for the most part entirely intact! They were also not even close to being expired, nor were they melted at all. Very tasty!Really disappointed. I ordered on Jan 7th and received them on Jan 10th which seemed great until I saw the entire case has a “best before” date of Feb 10th. The details of this product even read “long best before date”. The cookies are already starting to get stale. These were supposed to be a comfort food from home for my wife while she’s in the hospital with our 3-year-old who is undergoing chemo. Instead they are dry and hard to eat. If it had been just one pack it wouldn’t be such a big deal but to expect a person to be okay with 12 packs that should be eaten within a month... just very disappointing.All packages in The case of 12 all have the expiration date of Feb 2018..that is less than two months from now..and the photos show how the first several of each package look..and, so far, 5 of 12 entire packages were not edible ....really disappointed that I even waited until winter when it’s cold out and even made sure to bring the package in as soon as it was delivered ..I don’t even see the point in returning them so I’ll just have to avoid buying food online and recommend caution to others who may choose to do so...Great biscuits poorly packaged for a trip across the AtlanticWhile I normally love these cookies, but this box arrived with all of the cookies crumbling around the edges (like they had been rattling around a box for a while). The chocolate was melted, the cookies were all stuck together, and tasted stale. I won't purchase these cookies on-line again. I'll buy them from the stores that carry them. I ended up throwing the whole box out.Love this product. Very well packaged. Biscuits not crushed or melted. PERFECT!I discovered these in London, and I am addicted. My purchase went very smoothly, all the way to my front door. That's happiness right there.They came from England, and surprisingly came unbroken! Great price for a favorite cookie with tea or milk. I highly recommend these.
