I ordered this rug for my living room and have the same one in my dining room. I am waiting for delivery of my white furniture and I can't wait. I will complete decorating in a couple of months and hopefully can send you a picture. I love this rung.I love the colors in this rug, so rich so warm, but it appears to snag on its own. Every day I see more and more snags in it and I have been so, so careful not to drag anything on it but it has loose threads that pop up out of nowhere. Be ready to hope and pray it doesn't fray to the point it has a hole. It is almost as if it grows hair. When you vacuum the rug, the threads weep over into the surrounding colors. I have even tried resetting the vacuum from low to high to accommodate for this defect, but it hasn't helped. I love the colors warmth but hate the fact that I have to trim all the hairs from the splinting threads off before and after I vacuum it, cheap rugs don't do this, but I wanted a quality rug and paid for one, but it doesn't stand up to normal usage. I hate to say this but unless you plan on hanging it on a wall, I wouldn't get it.I bought this for our entryway. Beautiful rug and I like that I'll be able to spot wash it.Love the look of this rug. Fit my decor perfectly. A year later it doesn't look so good. Colors are holding up in a sunny room, however it always is shedding fibers that bunch up and make the rug look spotty. Can't just vacuum them up either. Have to manually remove them. In the process several loops of the material have come up. I cut those off and there doesn't seem to be an issues, but what a pain. I thought that this would go away after a while, but it's been 1 year.This rug is pretty but should only go in low traffic area and vacuuming it is going to ruin it after time. I don't think it will last very long in the kitchen.Dislike that fibers come up a good bit like fuzz and constantly picking those off on the areas we walk a lot..but very plush and well made other than thatIt will do this horrible shedding thing in less than 2 months of normal wear in a weekend cottage. Loved the colors and the design but it is worthless to me now. I can't return it because they only give you 30 days and it takes just a bit longer for it to completely do this horrible shedding thing. I am sick about this. I read some of the other reviews about this and though it was user abuse. I loved the design so much. I only go to the cottage on the weekends and it started to happen from just walking on it. I used the hardwood floor option on the vacuum - everything made it worse. Tired to fix it but nothing works. It looks like a huge spider spun a web to cover the entire rug. You can't pull this filmy threaded covering off. It is part of the yarns used to make it. I loved this rug so much I decorated and painted around the colors - now I have no idea what to do except NEVER buy a rug from them again. EVER!So far so good! This rug is beautiful and the colors are perfect for my needs. We purchased the 5x7.6 as I thought the larger one would swallow the room since its a bit of a funky layout. We recently painted & changed the layout of our family room, replacing the awful carpet with a cherry wood color laminate. A temporary fix for a few years before we can really gut the area and do it right. We painted the walls in Zen an aqua/green/blue color, which looked lovely with the dark floors, but my couch is also the dark reddish leather as well as the tv console so we needed a big pop of color! This fit the bill perfectly. I love the loop texture, the colors are vibrant and pick up all the colors in my house. We have a very small dog, so I'm hoping we don't have issues with the nails pulling out the loops, and hoping he doesn't find this to be his new pee place. So far I am extremely pleased.Beautiful rug to look at and the colours are so vibrant but within hours it was showing signs of wear. I have no pets and it was not in a high traffic area but after a week it looked as though it had been on the floor for years. It became fuzzy in places with clicks here & there so it quickly looked old and worn. The rug it was replacing was cheaper in price but far superior in quality. In fact I have returned the new rug and the old one has been given a second lease of life, looking much better than its replacement even though it is several years older. I was very disappointed with the Nourison Rug and it's lack of durability so I would not recommend it.Stunning high quality rug I love it!!
