The first thing I noticed when opening this bottle was that the cotton wad was saturated with brown powder. Then I noticed the cause! I found a number of broken tablets, and a lot of powder. This had to have been packed this way since there is no noticeable damage to the plastic bottle. I need to be replacement! Trying to use broken tablets or powder will adversely impact my treatment plan.
