I was looking for a very specific chocolate bar for a gift (earl grey and dark chocolate). When I found what I was looking for the price was too high so I bought this mold and decided to make it. This mold worked well for our DIY chocolate bar gift. I melted semi-sweet chocolate chips on low heat and added a tiny bit of an earl grey concentrate (5 tea bags to 1 cup of water, regular brew time of 3 min) I made. I didn't have to grease the mold or anything, just pour the warm melted chocolate into the mold and place in the fridge. The gift turned out great and I look forward to making more specialty chocolate bars for friends.
