This is a pretty good all-round recovery drink following hard exercise. I use it following longer and harder rides or races where I've put in a lot of effort and come home feeling empty. It is not cheap though, and even this big 1.54kg one only does 22 servings but I stretch it out by halving that.I think there is little evidence that this is better than a balanced diet following a ride - I generally use this as a quick refuel when I get home before I shower etc. and make some real food.Taste: I had the chocolate and it was pretty nice, albeit a bit 'fake' (which they all are). It isn't gritty. It has a hint of caramel which is pleasant.
